Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for assisting Sr. Director of Compliance with day to day operations of property tax credit and other funding program that require income verification and parodic reporting to other agencies.
  • Support property managers with tracking tenant files and other compliance  activities.
  • Work with managers to correct file deficiencies.
  • Gather audit information for Local, State and Federal audits.
  • Maintaining databases such as Yardi.
  • Prepare basic compliance reports.
  • Manage the flow of all annual compliance reporting so it’s timely and accurate
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive regulatory program file for each property
