Description

Great 1 year contract position!

Not for profit (prior experience is ideal)

Location:  Downtown location with paid parking

MUST be a high level thinker

Pay:  $40-45k

Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and coordinate meetings
  • Support the director and manage work groups and communications
  • Manage calendars
  • Provide overall administrative support (maintain schedule and calendar, written and verbal correspondence, organize and maintain files and documents)
  • Create processes, obtain input, capture information, create output
  • Manage information and data from team spreadsheets
  • Research best practices and outcomes for community wide system integration

Requirements: 

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Analytical/Critical thinker
  • Flexibilitiy
  • Positive attitude
  • MUST be a high level thinker
  • Flexible
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • At least 3 years experience working in or support a community nonprofit organization or similar type of organization
