Description

AP is looking for a full time temp to possible program administrator! Seeking someone with experience managing volunteers and heavy coordination of activities involving volunteers and program management.

Responsibilities 

  • Recruit program volunteers to meet program goals by securing new sources of volunteers and renewals from existing volunteer sources. Deliver recruiting presentations and volunteer orientations.
  • Ensure program quality through phone calls/email,  visits, and evaluation instruments.
  • Assure all administrative procedures are implemented, including the accuracy of program information.
  • Support volunteer and teacher recognition and stewardship, including planning and distributing appreciation materials.
  • Assist in increasing awareness of the organization within the community, including attending various trade fairs, school open houses, networking opportunities, and Special Events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus two years related experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
  • Computer Literacy / Technology Proficient.
