Responsibilities:

  • Answer an 8-line phone system professionally and friendly
  • Greet vendors, partners, and customers
  • Typing, dictation, fax, email, and other correspondence
  • Research projects
  • Manage supply closet
  • Scheduling and data entry
  • Coordinate travel schedules
  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Compose bi-weekly newsletter

Requirements:

  • Professionalism is a must
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with many personalities
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Flexibility
