Reporting to the Tax Manager, the Senior Tax Analyst will assist in the day-to-day operations of the tax department, including compliance and financial reporting.


  • Prepare and review required federal, international, state and local income and franchise tax returns for assigned companies
  • Prepare and review required federal, state and local estimates and extensions for assigned companies
  • Review fixed assets and necessary tax depreciation reports
  • Prepare and review domestic and international supporting schedules for tax provisions included in the financial statements for assigned companies
  • Prepare and review response to federal and state tax notices or audits for assigned companies
  • Assist with ad hoc projects within Tax department or across departments as needed
  • Compile data to support audit responses and requests for information from taxing authorities
  • Support research of tax compliance and planning matters

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years related experience, mix of public and industry desired;
  • CPA preferred
  • Exposure to international taxes a plus
