Reporting to the HR Director, the person in this role will support the alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.  Duties include acting as an employee champion and change agent, and

Successful HRBP will act as employee champion and change agent. HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business leadership, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. Supports partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to leaders and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit supported. Major areas of focus are employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, talent life cycle management and employee communications.


  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and employee relations issues
  • Partner with recruiters in supporting talent acquisition
  • Ensure performance improvement within the functions and drive improvement process
  • Assist manages with performance development plans, progressive discipline, and performance improvement plans
  • Handle HR onboarding process
  • Ensure consistent discipline practices, legal compliance, and process improvment
  • Provide compensation program guidance
  • Support all company Human Resource initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; Master’s degree or PHR a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources and employee relations
  • Some travel required (20%)
  • Sales organization support experience required
