AP is seeking a Part Time HR support to handle payroll and benefits! This person will also take on HR support duties. West side of Rochester location, flexible hours - Mondays are a must. 20 hrs/week or so. Temp to permanent or permanent! Duties will include:

  • Process weekly payroll using Paychex
  • Administer benefits, explain benefits options to new hires
  • Add/update personnel information into system, terminations in system
  • Coordinating background checks/physicals, handle reference checks, filing of employee paperwork
  • Providing support to HR department as needed

Prior experience working with payroll and benefits is a must! Prefers someone who has done payroll in HR vs finance. Paychex system is a plus, but not required.
