AP is seeking a part time administrative professional to work 20-30 hours per week! Small, but busy office seeks someone to answer phones and provide administrative support to HR. Hours preferred will be Mon-Fri between 9 and 3. Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting any incoming guests
  • Providing administrative support to president and staff
  • Scheduling and monitoring conference room/meetings
  • Order catering etc for meetings
  • Assist with company event planning
  • Post positions, assist with sorting through resumes
  • Handling new hire paperwork
  • Filing and general office duties

Prior experience in an administrative capacity required. Must have strong computer skills including MS Office. A high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) a must.
