Front Desk Administrator

Permanent, $15-$18/hour, Beautiful downtown location, lots of great benefits


  • Greets clients and visitors and directs them appropriately
  • Answers all incoming calls and routes to the appropriate offices and/or employees
  • Maintains neat and organized reception area
  • Coordinates conference room calendars and confirms meeting logistics
  • Responsible for conference room catering requests
  • Maintains record of incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Additional office projects, as assigned
  • Collaborates with Buffalo reception for consistency
  • Communicates using firm intercom system as needed
  • Helps manage off-site records storage: processes daily records requests for stored materials and logs retrieved items into the database


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively communicate in person and by telephone with clients, vendors, attorneys, and staff
  • Ability to direct telephone calls and visitors
  • Ability to use software applications for appropriate communications and scheduling
  • Skilled in handling multiple tasks and maintaining organization
  • Ability to coordinate conference room details (food and beverage orders, scheduling rooms, and following up on pertinent information)
  • 2 to 3 years prior work experience as a receptionist or in a customer service position
  • Bachelor or Associate degree, preferred
