Description

Reporting to the Senior Director Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for strategizing, forecasting, auditing, analyzing, budgeting, researching, and leading important decisions.  The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, inventory planning, transportation & distribution, sourcing, and other critical global supply chain related programs.

 

Successful candidate will demonstrate substantial experience in the following key areas:

  • Partnering with functional leaders, manufacturing and supply chain management
  • Implementing and maintaining effective financial reporting processes
  • Maintaining effective internal control environment
  • Managing working capital

 

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and track inventory and production input and output
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report monthly performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Interpret and review financial and business results
  • Assist Supply Chain teams in the preparation of AR Financial Models and Business cases
  • Track, manage, and report on benefits associated with the AR Financial Models and Business cases
  • Perform month end close activities as needed
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
  • Lead development of Annual Operating Plan for the Global Supply Chain Organization

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a global manufacturing organization
  • Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), Cognos reporting tool (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion preferred
