We currently have an excellent opportunity for a direct hire position with a company located in Batavia. This is an immediate need! The hours are typically 8-5 or 6 with rotating Saturdays of 12-6. Pay is between $17-19 hourly DOE. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves to provide customer service but prefers not to be in a call center environment. The group is comprised of a Manager and three CSR's. Atmosphere is professional with a business casual dress code.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take orders and return authorizations over the phone from customers, sales reps and end consumer.
- Handle all technical support and inquiries via phone, fax, mail, live online chat, and email from our customers, sales reps and end consumers
- Communicate and help to resolve problems/opportunities with Sales, Shipping, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing and other personnel
- Compose letters, as needed to customers, sales reps and end consumers
- Responsible for specific customer accounts
- Maintain current knowledge of products, customer, sales programs, manufacturing lead-time
- AAS in business, marketing or related field preferred, with two to four years customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional demeanor required
- Previous call center experience
- Must be detail oriented, with experience in trouble-shooting required
- Must have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and via telephone. Highly accurate data entry skills required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams desirable
- Must have a positive outlook, always willing to help where needed
