  • Promote company products and services
  • Scan customer files and maintain customer database
  • Check and verify customer information
  • Remain in constant communication with customer so they understand tasks to be accomplished and the process
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Hand out appropriate literature to customer
  • Research potential product for customers
  • Acquire and effectively communicate responses to customer questions
  • Maintain an active list of customers that should be photographed
  • Generate potential sales leads
  • Help to execute social campaigns effectively
  • Promote social media activities- finding articles/ videos, posting pictures on Pinterest, Houzz, and Facebook

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Basic knowledge of office telephone system and other forms of office technology
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, such as Word, Excel and Access database
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Time management skills
  • Must be analytical, creative and driven to provide a high level of customer service
