Job Type


Manage all sales activities in assigned sales territory.  Develop new business in sales territory by expanding current distribution and acquiring new distribution.  Provide management with timely, detailed and informative information about sales territory.

Direct hire, base salary plus commission


  • Conduct Prospective and Current Distributor Sales Calls
  • Conduct Prospective and Current End-User Sales Calls
  • Prepare and Present Sales Proposals
  • Prepare and Present Sales Training Seminars
  • Attend Distributor Promotional Events
  • Attend Trade Association Shows/Meetings
  • Track Sales Activity
  • Meet Sales Quotas
  • Provide Sales Reports to Management
  • Provide Market Information to Management


  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time to include traveling at least 3 weeks per month
  • Personal computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Sales experience of at least 5 years to include experience with making sales calls, delivering sales presentations, and presenting product information
  • Industry experience of at least 5 years
  • Located centrally within sales territory
  • Minimum Education – High school diploma
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet objectives without supervision
  • Ability to assess sales situations and develop effective selling scenarios
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Hard-working, driven, disciplined, dedicated attitude
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to learn from both successes and failures
