Description

Our client is looking for a motivated, friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative for the Centralized Application Services (CAS) department; they are the front-line communicator with all applicants and are responsible for best-in-class service via telephone, e-mail, and other electronic media. This is a friendly, energetic environment with a work-hard play-hard mentality.

Long term temp. $14/hr. Amherst location

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inbound inquiries and concerns of applicants via telephone and e-mail in a fast-paced, call center environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of call data in system
  • Troubleshooting potential problems with web-based applications including application status and billing inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A capacity to learn things quickly in a fast paced environment
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and web-based information sources
  • Looking mainly for flexibility in schedule 9am - 8:30 pm
