CSR’s will be working with our clients to resolve any customer debts (past due invoices, service charges, fees, etc.), enter customer disputes (and escalate when necessary), and answer any questions related to invoices, contracts and payment terms. Pay is $13/hr.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- CSR’s will be expected to use a “customer service” approach with the customers
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite as they will be working across multiple applications while interacting with customers and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
