Description

The Admin Support Associate would be assisting the Operations Department with catching up on administrative tasks.

Temporary assignment, downtown location.  $14-16 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Support data entry, manual claim and new client set up
  • Support general administrative responsibilities including but not limited to filing, answering phones, printing and operating the switchboard
  • Complete and distribute various reports internally and externally
  • Process payments including credit card payments
  • Retrieve, scan and email invoices and remittances

Ideal qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient communication and comprehension skills, including professional written & telephone communication
  • Strong data entry skills with proficiency and skills
  • Ability to adhere to company policies, including attendance and supporting a team environment
