This is a strictly temporary role (6-10 weeks) at $15/hr

The Customer Service Specialist will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Provide courteous customer service both internally and externally via phone, email and mail
  • New loan set up data entry, verification and follow up
  • Maintain system data integrity on existing portfolio via property detail data entry
  • Generate Audit and Credit verifications upon request
  • Generate Borrower History Reports upon request and for yearend processing
  • Support processing of Paid in Full loans through document retrieval and verification
  • Point of contact for external customers requiring IT/system assistance
  • Monthly Mortgage invoice manipulation, correction and distribution
  • Effectively apply technology tools and software in assigned areas
  • Keep the supervisors informed of assignment status and progress QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous work experience with customer service in an office environment a
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
