This position is responsible for managing all the human resources processes including direct interface with partners, managers, and employees of all entities for the administration of benefits and payroll.  This includes but is not limited to, audits, benefits administration and open enrollment / renewal, on-boarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration. 40-45K DOE.

Position Responsibilities:

  • On-Boarding Procedures for all new employees
  • Process monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payroll through ADP
  • Employee Relations
  • State registrations, unemployment claims, & employee verifications
  • Support Services cross training, backup and support
  • Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Employee Policies & Procedures: Yearly updates and rollout to company (as requested)
  • Companywide communications regarding policy reminders, memos, open enrollment, etc
  • Benefits Enrollment & Termination process
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on employees status (active, non-active)
  • Reconciliation of Monthly Benefits Bills
  • Ensure Confidentiality of all proprietary and company confidential data
  • Filing & administration of workers compensation & short term disability claims
  • Liaison between vendors, brokers, and employees regarding benefits
  • I-9 compliance
  • Healthcare reform
  • Tax Compliance
  • Annual 401k & workers compensation audits
  • Background checks and drug tests
  • Administration of 401k
