$12/hr Temporary, Possible Permanent
Hours flex between 8am-6pm (8 hour shift)
Customer Service Rep will work with members to resolve inquiries (phone, email, fax) and provide benefit clarification and eligibility, communicate claim and reimbursement information and educate on policy and procedure.
- 2+ years in a customer service role (medical preferred).
- Comfortable on phones and learning new systems.
- The assignment will run from December to February with possible opportunities.
