Our client is looking for a motivated, friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative for the Centralized Application Services (CAS) department; they are the front-line communicator with all applicants and are responsible for best-in-class service via telephone, e-mail, and other electronic media. This is a friendly, energetic environment with a work-hard play-hard mentality.
The job involves:
Inbound inquiries and concerns of applicants via telephone and e-mail in a fast-paced, call center environment. Maintaining accurate records of call data in system.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and web-based information sources
- Looking mainly for flexibility in schedule 9am -9:30pm
