- Opening Mail
- Stamping Mail
- Basic Data Entry
- Updating various spreadsheets
- Assist with manual cash posting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, automated, accounts payable environment.
- High level of data entry accuracy.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding of general ledger accounts.
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team. Self starter required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and thoroughness is critical.
- General math skills.
- Track record of success in job performance.
